Opening Ceremony of the 12th HOPE Congress will take place at Seaplane Harbour between 20:00-23:00 on Tuesday, May 12. Drinks and nibbles will be provided for all delegates. We recommend to grab a food before ceremony! If you have never danced under a real submarine – now is the chance!
You will have chance to buy and try wines made of grapes grown in Estonia and also wines flavoured and made with some other Estonian raw produces (aronia, sea buckthorn, gooseberry, rhubarb, cherry etc.). Please bring cash. Wine will be provided by Murimäe Wine Cellar.
Transport: Transport will be provided from Sokos Hotel Viru. After the Opening Ceremony buses will take you back.
Tallinn Bay sightseeing cruise under the sails. No kidding! Please bring warm clothes and you will see Tallinn from a completely different angle.
Sailing will take place on the evening of Wednesday, May 13.
The Gala Dinner also known as HOPE2020 Party will take place on the evening of Thursday, May 14 at the Old Town where you will find original cobblestone streets dotted with medieval churches and grandiose merchant houses. A full three course dinner, drinks and entertainment will be provided for guests during the Gala evening. The unique atmosphere of the Old Town plus oustanding food will make the HOPE2020 Party an occasion to remember.
